Meeting and Discovery
Our first HR meeting, in person or remotely, is an opportunity to get to know each other, discuss the role, and introduce our company and values, so you can gain a clear and realistic view of the position.
Skills Assessment – Business Case
If the first step goes well, you’ll meet one of our consultants for a technical interview. Your skills will be evaluated through a practical case, while giving you the opportunity to ask questions and ensure the perfect match.
Transparency & Engagement – Reverse Interview
For the final step, the roles are reversed! This is your moment to ask any questions and clarify doubts. We want you to have a complete and authentic view of what your future at Squareflow could look like.
