Active since 2015 in the production of natural and certified organic soaps and cosmetics, either as a subcontractor or under the commercial name Lîdjeu, Labotanique SRL has seen its revenue double every year since 2018. 

For a small business (“TPE”) experiencing rapid growth in a booming and increasingly competitive market, fully manual management and operations were becoming a real challenge and a barrier to development.  

The Challenge

Invoicing customers is probably one of the most important tasks in any business. If it’s not done properly, you simply won’t get paid.

At Lîdjeu, this process was handled manually in an Excel spreadsheet.

To save time and prepare Lîdjeu for further growth, Philippe explored solutions that could automate invoicing and provide a real-time sales dashboard.

Our Solution

Creating professional quotations and converting them into sales orders can be done in just a few clicks using the Odoo Sales app. With one additional click, you can generate the corresponding invoices using the Invoicing app.

 It’s easy—if you start with a solid foundation:

  • A proper initial Odoo setup and import of key data
