Anders

Anders is a political organisation structured around a large network of members and local sections, with the mission of mobilising, coordinating, and engaging its communities around its positions and actions.

Following a strategic repositioning after electoral results, the organisation has initiated a transformation aimed at strengthening member engagement and modernising its operations. With several thousand members and hundreds of local entities, the ability to structure and coordinate its activities had become a key issue..

The challenge

The organisation was facing fragmented systems, generating a significant administrative burden and limiting the value provided to local sections. Operations related to members, events, and campaigns were poorly centralised, making coordination and management difficult. The challenge was to simplify processes, strengthen local autonomy, and improve the overall experience for members.

The solution implemented

Anders deployed Odoo as a unified platform to centralise the management of members, events, and campaigns. The project was completed in 3 months, with a focus on speed and adoption, in order to quickly provide an accessible and effective tool for the entire organisation.

The solution integrates a website and a user portal allowing members and local sections to manage their activities independently, while ensuring a direct connection with billing and accounting.

CRM

Management of business opportunities to structure the pipeline, track interactions, and improve sales performance.

Accounting

Reliable financial management with integrated accounting, providing real-time visibility into performance and budgets.

Timesheets

Time tracking to measure activity, optimise resource management, and improve project profitability.

The results and benefits

The implementation of Odoo has simplified and centralised operations, significantly reducing the administrative burden. Teams now have a single system to manage members, events, and campaigns.

The user experience has been significantly improved thanks to an intuitive portal, promoting member engagement and adoption by local sections. Data is now centralised, facilitating monitoring and decision-making.

Finally, this transformation has allowed for a balance between centralisation and autonomy. Local entities can carry out their actions independently, while remaining aligned with a coherent overall strategy.
